Water in an office, a storefront, a restaurant or a multi-unit building stops business and spreads between floors and tenants. We document the loss, remove what is damaged, get the space dry and rebuild it, phased around the people still using the building.
Tell us about the project and a project manager will follow up.
The repair is the easy part. Keeping the building working while it happens is the job.
Water crosses suite and floor lines. We scope every affected space and sequence the work so open suites stay open.
Rated walls, ceilings, sprinkler heads and exit paths that are opened up are restored and inspected, not just patched.
The owner, the tenant and the adjuster work from the same itemized scope and photo record.
We start with a walk of every affected space, then write a scope that separates what is urgent from what can be scheduled. Drying and removal come first; rebuild follows on a schedule the building can live with.

The same steps as any commercial project, compressed for a loss.
We walk every affected space with you, document the loss and separate urgent items from scheduled repair.
Damaged materials come out and the space is dried and checked before rebuild, sequenced around occupied suites.
Permitted repair, inspections where required, punch list and a closeout package for the owner and the insurer.

Commercial repair work can be phased and scheduled for evenings and weekends where the building allows it. We plan the sequence with you and the building at the site walk.
The owner or property manager, the building engineer, affected tenants and the insurer's adjuster. One project manager keeps everyone working from the same written scope.
Call us as soon as it happens. We will tell you on that call what we can do and how soon, and if the first step needs an emergency water removal crew, we will say so plainly.
Often, yes, when framing, fire-rated assemblies, plumbing, electrical or accessibility items are affected. We identify permit items in the scope and run them through SF DBI.
We provide a photo record and an itemized written scope of the repair. Coverage decisions belong to the insurer.
